Day 29: Snow Day!

Snow, snow, beautiful snow! A day filled with getting dressed and undressed, tending the fires, and crocheting.

Happy day!

I always have too many WIPs (works I progress), which makes completing anything a reall challenge for me. This year I vowed to make a change and only allow myself 3 WIPs and could not add anything, and I mean ANYTHING, until I completed something.

I quickly added a caveat.  The daily granny does not count!

By the way, here she is.

Alas, I have not been faithful to my vow and I find myself at the end of the month with many, many works in progress.

An infinity scarf using a scallop stitch

A scarf out of Knit picks fingering yarn.  Hambone calls it a cugly (ugly, yet cool) scarf. I agree with that, but ugly or cool - I love her.

I'm using this beautiful primrose stitch.

I've also been banging out these fingerless gloves for me and the kids out of Red Heart sock yarn. I'm trying to write out the pattern for a tutorial so stay tuned.

Still chugging along on my corner to corner blanket.

Can't help thinking about Valentine's Day.

And today I found another project.

Wee Gertie needs a sweater!

I'll share more tomorrow, stay warm.
