Day 19: Lazy Sunday

Today is my favorite kind of day.  I got to just putter around the house working on this and that.

Fingerless gloves (I'll post more about these when I finish)

Granny triangles 

And of course, today's granny. 

I researched spinning wheels because I really want one, but then I realized that there is no way we can afford one. 

Then I started researching spindles and fell in love. 

I watched youtube videos of people dying yarn and dreamt about what colors I would use.

I sat behind Lou and guided her hands as we made chains over and over and over again. 

And then I let go, and eventually, she got it. 

Behold - Lou's first chain. Or her first bracelet, as she calls it.

Trixie got inspired.
